Refund policy

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be canceled within 8 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at  gadgetskhazana@gmail.com  In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.Do share your order id for faster resolution.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at gadgetskhazana@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Gadgets Khazana, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refunds Possible If:
Wrong Product shipped by us. The product received is defective.
In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product mail us on gadgetskhazana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
 If your return is accepted, delivery agent will pickup product within 3 working days and your refund will be done once we received the return parcel .
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase Delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
